Lourel Jones III
Lourel Jones III was raised in Pearland, Texas in the first home his father Lourel Jones Jr. built. Throughout his life he witnessed his father conduct his construction business. As Lourel III came of age he began to help his father with the family business more and more. He started out by cleaning the construction sites on the weekends and later graduated to even picking up a hammer of his own from time to time. It came to no surprise when Lourel III began to show interest in architecture in high school. While in high school he enrolled in graphic design courses and joined the technology student association (TSA) as well. As a part of these courses and club activities he went on to compete on a state level all four years of high school winning several awards. After graduating from Angleton High School he went on to attend college at Texas Tech University studying architecture. However, after a year he decided an education in business would be better suited for him, becoming a double major in marketing and management. The following summer Lourel III returned home and under the supervision of his father he managed the construction of a home for the first time. With that experience under his belt Lourel returned to Texas Tech University, later graduation and earning both of his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA). Degrees in hand, Lourel III returned home once again and took the role of marketing director for the family business. Lourel III also continued his education, first in the work force by gaining both sales and management experience. And second by obtaining a juris doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, at Texas Southern University. Now as an attorney and experience manager, he executes the construction contracts, and assists with customer service as well as the management of the construction of the beautiful custom homes.
